Certificate in Basic Biblical Studies (two-year)

Students who receive the Certificate in Basic Biblical Studies have completed all requirements in Years One and Two (CBS 100 and 200). To determine eligibility for the Basic Certificate, every student enrolled in CBS 200 must complete a Student Progress Form and return it to BJ Daly Horell by April 1, 2017.


Certificate in Advanced Biblical Studies (four-year)

Students who receive the Certificate in Advanced Biblical Studies have completed all requirements in Years One, Two, Three and Four (CBS 100, 200, 300 and 400) in the Catholic Biblical School program. Year 4 Students click here to fill out the 2017 graduation forms online.


St. Thomas Seminary Certificate in Biblical Studies

Students who receive the St. Thomas Seminary Certificate have completed all requirements in Years One, Two, Three and Four (CBS 100, 200, 300 and 400) in the Catholic Biblical School program and have met additional standards outlined in the STS course syllabus for each course. Year 4 Students click here to fill out the 2017 graduation form online.


Certificate of Participation

Students who receive a certificate of participation have attended the four-year program and have completed a significant number of course requirements. They are considered an alum of the Catholic Biblical School for practical purposes, but they have not achieved either four-year certificate and may or may not have achieved the two-year certificate.


Certificate of Attendance in CBS 075

Students who have attended the six-week course, Making Sense of the Bible in the Catholic Tradition, are provided with an attendance certificate. This does not apply to any archdiocesan certificate.
