ALM: Alumni of the Lay Ministry Program
Purpose of ALM: to create a community of lay ministers of the Archdiocese of Hartford, serving the following aims:
- Collegial support
- Resource sharing
- Ongoing formation
February 2018 ALM Regional Gatherings
Purpose of Gatherings:
- Come together as a community of commissioned lay ministers
- Begin building community
- Determine needs of and expectations for meetings
- Introduce the new ELM Initiative and Leadership Formation branch
