Parish Catechetical Leaders

Important Information

Last year the Presbyteral Council of the Archdiocese of Hartford approved a new form (Effective January 2016) to be used in all the parishes of the Archdiocese for those who wish to be admitted as a Godparent/Sponsor for the Sacraments of Baptism or Confirmation. This form requires the individual to affirm before God their suitability to be a Godparent/Sponsor. The form is linked to this newsletter and should be used by all parishes. Please note that it does not require the signature of a pastor/priest. Click here to download the file.
