ALM: Alumni of the Lay Ministry Program

Purpose of ALM: to create a community of lay ministers of the Archdiocese of Hartford, serving the following aims:

  • Collegial support
  • Resource sharing
  • Networking
  • Ongoing formation

During our 2018 listening sessions with alumni of the Former Lay Ministry Program, there was a great desire for opportunities for spiritual nourishment and engagement of laity in ministry.
