Saint Paul School first opened its doors in 1958 and from a campus-like setting in suburban Kensington (Berlin), has served students from many surrounding communities. We focus on educating the whole child, creating 21st century learners and problem solvers who strive to be models of Christ, moral leaders in service to others, and creators of a more humane and just world. At Saint Paul School we live by the three key principles of faith, learning and service. We are committed to ensuring a quality, faith-based education for children of all faiths; creating a supportive and safe learning environment; delivering academic excellence (our students consistently perform at least one grade level above current placement on nationally-normed Iowa tests, and we have a consistent record of acceptance into private secondary schools); and giving back to others through our service initiatives. While proud of our legacy, we continue to evolve to accommodate the changing needs of our students and families, as evidenced by such things as updated academic resources, full day programs for Preschool students (ages 3 and 4), enhanced technology including personal Chromebooks for our Middle School students, the availability of Before Care and After Care programs, and improvements to our school facility.
